Žmogus vis labiau jau nėra istorinis asmuo, nes jo poreikius sukuria reklama, žiniasklaidos vaizdai, pramogos, vartojimo standartai. Žmogus vis labiau yra dirbtinis. Masinė, pramoginė ar komercinė kultūra susikuria savo vartotoją, kuris garantuotų jos komercinę sėkmę. Tiesiog pasirodė daugybė neįdomių žmonių.
